From April through October
Take an artistic journey through Prussian culture in Germany's largest Hohenzollern residence, Charlottenburg Palace. Discover Queen Sophie Charlotte’s (1668-1705) and King Friedrich I’s (1657-1713) splendidly furnished baroque residential chambers and Paradekammern in the central palace building – the Old Palace. Following destruction during the war, many pieces of art and the original furnishings in the royal apartments were able to be restored. Fredrick I’s canopy bed has recently been added to the viewing collection for the first time.
